Being reassessed for ESA. My partners are doing almost everything because my mental health is crashing. They're using the guides, but have a couple of questions.
I get ESA SG, PIP std/std, Housing Benefit, SDP and EDP.
1. If they decide I'm fit for work (happened last time - tribunal put me back in SG) do I lose my Housing Benefit?
2. I know that people who get SDP aren't supposed to be transferred to UC. However, if I were to be declared Fit for Work, my ESA would end, and therefore my SDP would end. Would I be able to reapply for HB, or would I have to apply for UC if I needed help with rent?
