pip hp report was created by Rachlv
hi, I received a copy of husbands hp report from his dla to pip assessment. (only took a couple of days to arrive). it seems fairly accurate with what happened in the 90 minute assessment. The hp said his constraints on daily life and mobility are consistent with his medications / conditions / surgeries. From what I can tell he has around 45 points and they recommended no further review as he will never change. Do the decisions makers usually go with the report when its pretty clear cut that the assessment confirmed he is permanently disabled with affects on all aspects of life?.

Hi Rachlv

The Decisions Makers more often than not endorse the HP's view, but until you receive the decision you cannot know for certain.
