PIP form query... was created by Anna
On the PIP form that asks about everything, do you have to tick one of the boxes (e.g. 'yes', 'no', 'sometimes'? For example on the question about preparing a meal and it asks about using aids etc., well, what if someone is unable to prepare a meal whether there are aids or not, for example if they have a severe eating disorder and cannot cope with the psychological distress of it? Can you leave the boxes and just write in the additional information box or would you be penalized for this? Thank you in advance

Hi aej02

If you are unsure which box to tick or none of the boxes seem to apply just write beside them either " N/A " (not applicable) or write "see box below" and then write your explanation in the box or on an additional sheet.
You are not penalised if you don't tick a box - it's not a test even though it sometimes feels like it!
