I am on Pip but my medical condition has got worse.I have notified DWP and I am awaiting a form.can anyone tell me what happens next , I have been diagnosed with spinal Stenosis .

I cannot say for certain, but normally reporting a change in your medical condition triggers a review and a fresh medical assessment.
