Hi could someone give me advice on PIP appeal I have no representative btw. Have completed Mandatory reconsideration and provided related evidence.
1/ will my previous evidence and doctors reports be forwarded to the appeal by DWP ? Or do I need to produce this again for the Tribunal. 2/ Is it ok to go for Paper hearing or is Oral far more successful. Bear in mind the stress with Oral face to face .
1. You don't have to provide all your evidence again. This will be provided by the DWP. You will know what has been provided because it will be sent to you.
2. Oral hearings have greater success than paper-based, but plenty of people choose the paper-based because they cannot face going before a panel at the tribunal. You have to do what is right for you.
