Appealing to tribunal for Pip

2018 I was assessed after reporting a change of circumstances (my condition had worsened). My award stayed the same enhance for living component and standard for mobility. I went to tribunal and my mobility was increased to enhanced. However my award was due to end December 2018 so they sent me a new form and I completed it and went for an assessment

This time my award was reduced to standard rate for living component and nothing on mobility
I appealed under MR and it was increased to enhanced for living component and standard for mobility. I intend to appeal to tribunal again.for enhanced mobility. Do I write what I pretty much wrote when I went to tribunal last time? Tribunal increased my award on account of mental health issues. Surely the tribunal will see it's only been slightly over a year when they themselve made the decision and things can't have changed much
