My wife has just received her assessment report and the lady has recommended high rate for both but no length of time and also recommends no review. How often do the DM adhere to these recommendations?
The decision-makers generally follow what the assessor says, but not always so until you get the decision letter in your hand you won't know for certain. As for no review - those don't exist - so the best would be ongoing which would mean a 'light touch review' after ten years.
