Found nurse assessors qualifications for mental he

Hope this helps anyone who is looking to either have a MR or appeal.
My husband recently had an assessment and i have sent off further information for MR but since then i stumbled upon the nurses and mid wifery council site and to my surprise noted that you can find information on nurses etc who are either registered or have been suspended also what their qualifications are.
My husband was seen by a nurse,she omitted to say she was a mental health nurse but that made me even more angry because of the blatant lies she wrote about his mental state observations.
Hes been mentally ill for 40 year,stroke and heart attack 2 years ago and has right sided weakness cannot move his arm away from his body and terribly weak leg, (wheelchair user but its not a self propelled chair) hip replacement since stroke after a fall,diabetic,osteoarthritis,osteoporosis the list goes on.
Awarded 12 for mobility but expected more of a cushion on this and 11 for care again shocked because he cannot grip so problems in all care areas due to the grio problem.
Anyway ive sent more evidence off a few weeks ago and we are waiting to hear back but not expecting any change
