Hi thanks for your help, after following your guid for Mandatory Reconsideration, I have gone from Standard mobility to enhanced. This is from changing from DLA to PIPs. Only been awarded it until May 2022. I am 67, I thought we were to get it for 10 yrs, then only light touch. Where do I go from here?
There has been no official word yet on who is getting what when, but you can expect to the get the light touch review next time around. One member says that the DWP told them they will be contacting all pensioners in the fullness of time! You can always ring and ask them.
