Because I’m going through a mental health crisis I thought I had a week to go to lodge my appeal. However I’ve just realised that actually today is a week later than I thought and today is the last day. Someone is going to ring me next week about possibly helping me. I don’t know what to do. I’ve been going through this transfer process for 6 months and I just get so overcome with anxiety about it that I forget or am unable to fill in the forms. Can I send the form without most of it filled in?

Hi Kate

You can submit your form with very little information but try and give them at least one reason for your appeal. Make it clear that you are unwell and that you will be sending your evidence and further information at a later date. You have to send the information a week before your tribunal date - and that is going to be months away.
