ESA reassessment

The last time I contacted DWP about my next ESA reassessment, I was told Jan 2020. Today I was told there is no date showing? This seems a bit odd. I have not been contacted since Jan 2015 when I had a paper Assessment and was put in support group.

Not sure what to say, even when a person has been excused from future assessment there should still be a date on the system.

Your ESA is award is an indefinite one so you should continue to receive your payments until a new Decision is made.
