Child tax credits was created by elainep

Hi my son is on ESA support group and receives enhanced and severe disability premium and pip. He has a child who will be living with him permanently. If he applies for child tax credits will that push him into having to claim universal credit? Thanks.

If he is receiving the Severe Disability Premium then he is currently barred from claiming UC so it would be a Tax Credits claim.
