Time span for decisions was created by JayneT13
Hi, I had a Capita assessment on 31st July 2019 and was told decisions were taking 5 to 6 weeks. It has been 7 weeks as of today, at what point do I bite the bullet and ring them, is it ok to chase a decision or does that go against you?!

Hi Tracey

It's perfectly acceptable to ring the DWP and find out how close they are to making a decision, and no it won't count against you.
