Envelope for PIP2 form was created by Dart
Hi,

I'm about to send in my PIP2 form and evidence tomorrow which is quite a pile. I doubt it will all fit in an A4 envelope. What do you suggest?
Also, if I use another envelopeaiming to post it next day delivery do I ignore the sentence Freepost RTEU etc at the top of the address?

Thanks

Hi Dart

You do not have to use the envelope that it was sent in. A lot of people find that it is too small if they have a lot of evidence to send in. If you are posting it next day delivery - it will not be free post. You are sensible to make sure that it can be tracked and you have proof of posting.

Hello Dart

When I sent my ESA questionnaire back, there was no way it would fit into to the envelope they sent. I put my questionnaire plus evidence in an A4 envelope and then taped the smaller envelope to the front, making sure it was thoroughly taped down. When I took it to my local PostOffice I only had to pay extra for the Recorded Delivery, think £1.20ish.

Now doing DLA to PIP and will probably do the same if my questionnaire, plus evidence does not fit. It’s not much I know but I was glad not to have to pay the full postage on my heavy ESA envelope and if you can save yourself a few pennies, why not! Sue
