PIP and universal credit are entirely different awards and you will have to put in a full claim. You can attach your award to the claim as long as you show its relevance to the PIP criteria. The majority of claimants are called for a face to face assessment and the fact that you have an LWCRA award for universal credit would not necessarily preclude one.
