Hi im just woundering if someone can give me some advice I am currently claiming universal credit with the lwcra award. If i apply for pip and send my uc85 attached are they likley to call me in for an interview. I had the wca on the 29th august this year. Could they use this info so i wouldnt have to attend a f2f appointment
PIP and universal credit are entirely different awards and you will have to put in a full claim. You can attach your award to the claim as long as you show its relevance to the PIP criteria. The majority of claimants are called for a face to face assessment and the fact that you have an LWCRA award for universal credit would not necessarily preclude one.
