ESA transition to UC appeal was created by weymouth321
A friend of mine with life long learning difficulties ( 48 yrs ), had her UC f2f appeal at the end of July 2019, please can you tell how long she’ll have to wait for a decision , and is she informed by letter ?
She has had to attend the local Jobcentre recently and her next one is the beginning December 2019, where she is updated of her personal journal and news . About 2 months ago, at her Jobcentre appointment, the case worker recognised her learning difficulties status and drooped the task of her having searching for a job. Many Thanks J

Do you actually mean an appeal, carried out by the Tribunal Service or a Mandatory Reconsideration carried out by the DWP?

If she has had and appeal then the Decision should have been given on the day or in writing a couple of days later.

If it is an MT then I would have expected them to have heard by now, by letter, so they should chase the DWP for an update.
