A friend of mine with life long learning difficulties ( 48 yrs ), had her UC f2f appeal at the end of July 2019, please can you tell how long she’ll have to wait for a decision , and is she informed by letter ? She has had to attend the local Jobcentre recently and her next one is the beginning December 2019, where she is updated of her personal journal and news . About 2 months ago, at her Jobcentre appointment, the case worker recognised her learning difficulties status and drooped the task of her having searching for a job. Many Thanks J
