ESA PERMITTED WORK was created by babycatdiamond
I am currently on a ten year award PIP higher for care and mobility plus ESA Support group (income related)

For the past three years I have been selling baby artwork online (Ebay) which has a profile name of Jacqueline Creations. This is under Permitted Work. When I'm well I do the prints and when I'm too ill I take them off.

My health has progressively got worse.

My daughter suffers from anxiety herself and has made the decision that she wants to stay at home with me and take over the workload on my prints on a full time basis, which is great!

This means my listings can stay on permanently and she also gets a salary full time too.

My accountant has adviced me that to do this properly I have to 'employ ' her? But we are both living in the same house etc

So what can I do?

Do i go ahead and 'employ ' her with her doing 90% of the workload and i do bits when i can and get some money. Alternatively do i change my profile name but the monies are put into her bank account instead.

I thought of setting a separate account in her name but mine has all the reviews and Top Rated Seller status.

Sorry for the waffling. Thank you in advance x

I'm sorry but this is outside of the scope of the help that we can provide on the forum.
