In Glasgow Atos seems to be trading as Independant Assessment Services.. My wife was assessed a couple of weeks ago and the whole process although taking over an hour seemed to be rushed , the assessor kept saying she would get the process done as quick as possible do you need a break? you can stop at any time !. She came accross as a smiling assassin while outwardly trying to come accross as caring . The whole experience was uncomfortable for my wife due to sensitive health conditions which she was embarrassed about due to their personal nature. She was left physicaly drained and had to sit for a while in the reception area after taking her gtn spray due to the stressful process.☹️. No privacy offered whatsoever while she recovered.. Animals are afforded more care and respect.
Yes, Atos is now known as the Independant Assessment Services.
If you are concerned about the assessment report you can always ring up and request a copy, or you can wait for the decision. I'm sorry that she found it such a stressful and unpleasant experience.
