As you are not in possession of all the dwp paperwork until after you have sent in your appeal do you have to state you want the right to amend some of the information in your appeal at a later date if required or will they allow this without requesting that right.

You do not have to request the right to send in additional paperwork for an appeal, it is an automatic right. You can read about it on page 18/19 of our PIP Appeals Guide.
