The DWP rarely contact GP's, and although they don't make it clear - they hope the claimants themselves will provide them with the evidence they need (eg lettters from consultants or GPs). It is incorrect to say that the DWP never contact a GP because they will do if they want additional information and it does happen (but not often).

I get help from my aunty and friend. My aunty is not happy about me giving her name and address to HP. Will they ask for them details? And do I have to give them? Thank you

Maximus is not going to contact your aunt and friend, they will only do so for medical contacts so you need them to write a letter testifying to your problems, it can be in the form of a letter, so their name and address, how they know you and how often they see you, a description of your problems with completing the PIP activities, and lastly a statement attesting that the contents of the letter are accurate to the best of her ability and of course a signature.
I'm afraid a letter without their name and address will be of no value.
