I'm physical disabilities complexity illnesses.
Intern payment back in 2006.2007.
Total 6.00.
When on old Dwp old benefit aslo housing Benefit .
Unware
If effect them.
By 2011 courts HM soical chamber offer remaining balance 14.900 to offer.
I to physical unwell to take payment.
Old lawyers not offer any advice since 2011.
Not till
Out blue Clark reopen case 2018
To imply I'm not working with them.
Yet medical unwell to deal this.
Only just got pip high rate daily living activities mobility.
I'm on ESA support group.
Housing benefit council tax reduction NHS costs met medical needs,.
.so enquire about personal injury trust.
Lawyer set up .
Yet not aware on rules Dwp recovery unit if I lose my benefits.
As time paperwork my sister as trustee . would I as trustee of criminal injury compensation trust .IE personal injury trust .
Effect current Dwp benefits .

You really need to get face to face advice from a salaried Welfare Rights worker, you are asking us to advise on information that you are yourself interpreting, you need really need someone who can sit down with all of the paperwork to work out if you have any liability.

Do an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town or county.
