Mandatory reconsideration was created by Pinkfairytale
Hi. I had a univeral credit wca on the 29th August. Came back and i was put in the wcra support group. I applyed for pip a few weeks later and got 11 points for daily living but nothing for mobility. I asked for both assesment reports the universal credit one is on a really bad day and the assessor states many things that the pip assessor is saying is not visable. Could i ask for a mandatory reconsideration stating as i told the pip assessor i was having a good day witch doesnt happen very often and they take the wca assesment witch i provided into consideration

Do you have the UC assessment report? If not then contact the UC helpline and request a copy, the official name is a UC85 if you had a face to face and a UC85A if you did not.
You will need to explain the variation in your condition, how variable it actually is, how long you are bad, good and on average and how often it changes?
Include the UC report with your MR, the DM may not review it if you simply include a reference in your letter but they do if you include a copy.

I included the uc85 with my pip2 form. I have bipolar and i rapid cycle. Episodes can last from days to months. My mood changes drastically. Do u suggest i resubmit this information along with the uc85 and suggest they take this into consideration

If you have already supplied the report then you do not need to re-submit it but you should refer to it in your MR where relevant, don't assume the DM will make the connection themselves.
