My assessment was cancelled last week and I was asked to arrange a new date for an assessment. This I have done and have had a text from Capita confirming the new date and time of the assessment. I have not written to DWP to confirm the cancellation and new date as I have taken the text sufficient evidence of what has happened. Is this reasonable action on my part or should I still write to DWP?
