PIP form mistake

I have just completed the PIP form and realized that I had put
some medication under the Health Conditions section by mistake.
Should I cross it out? I have already put it in the medication section. Many thanks for any replies.

Thanks for the reply. My friend who filled it in for me has put Q2b beside it and an arrow pointing to Q2b. Hope that is good enough or should she put ‘entered in error’ as well? Sorry to be so pedantic but don’t want to give them any excuse to reject my claim.
