Tomorrow I have a face to face. I have my social worker attending with me. On my form I talked of some support/help I get from my boyfriend. I'm concerned because as he is also a claimant I dont want to have to be asked to name him or anything as I don't want any possibility of impacting on his future reassessment. Do I have any obligation to give details of him? Can I refuse if asked or would this go against me? I have so many anxieties about tomorrow it's not true..
The assessor is not going to be interested in the identity of your boyfriend, if they ask any questions about the help that he gives you then you can just refer to him as "he" or "my boyfriend".
