Help required in Barnsley area. was created by Tommyjocck
Is their anyone in Barnsley and surrounding area anle to put me in touch eith an organisation that csn help with an appeal to the tribunal. My sister has bern refused the enhanced rate of benefits. Her mandatory reconsideration was rejected by DWP. She had yo.hand back her motability car by February. She has been told to contact DIAL, but she can't get to them until 7th November. She is so down about the whole affair and needs help immediately to gather info and further evidence to challenge the decision of the DWP. Any help from any organisation in the Barnsley area would be eternally grateful.

Hi BigYin,
I'm in your area and have had a lot of help in the past from the local CAB. Find out your nearest office and find out when their drop-in times are.
They have helped me loads in the past including valuable advice about a tribunal I went to a few years back.
Hope this helps,
Good luck,
Phrank.
