Hello. CAN you
ring and ask for your final decision? The decision maker rang me on Monday about my medications and said she was looking at my claim so the decision must have been made now. Are we allowed to ask over the phone? Also is there a way to search certain questions to check if your questions already been asked by someone else? Xx

You can certainly ring, they can tell you if a Decision has been made but they can only tell you what it is if a Decision Letter has been printed and sent and it may be too soon for this to have been done.
