He was also applied to be put on the high rate mobility and carer part of pip because it impossible to get him down the stir or to walk any where because he can’t walk more than a few step with out getting out of breath he has problems in both legs few to septic arthritis he has a fused hand on right side so he can’t use stick his in adapted housing unsuitable for his medical need because he can get down the stair he also has kidney problems hiv positive hep c and b asthma bad circulation in both legs mental problems they also had martlet mental heath letter what else do they need to see this man is clearly suffering can Amoy please advice me on how to speed up the processes

As with your other post - I've moved your post to its own topic, we ask members not to post their questions in other member's topics as it can lead to the wrong advice being given or taken.

There is no way of speeding up the PIP process. The length of time it takes can vary depending on whether he has to have a f2f assessment and whether they have enough information to make a decision.

Hi donna murrell

He could ask his MP for help to fast track, I recently had a client who did this and they had a hearing within 8 weeks instead of 48 weeks for that area, they did agree to a one day notice for a hearing. Unfortunately this is not always the case, it depends how proactive your MP is and there is a little thing called an election taking place.
