Hp report appalling

25 days after dwp received written request for copy of UP report it finally arrived and all reasons for DM comments became clear. The HP based all her assumptions on her unbelievable assertion that fibro fog, the term used to describe the impaired cognitive function, memory problems inability to concentrate, easily distracted etc symptoms caused by Fibromyalgia, is not caused by Fibromyalgia but by a Learning Disability So she states over and over that I do not have any problems with this activity as I do not have a Learning Disability so do not have 'Fibro fog'. Seriously the clue is in the name I have Sent responses in detail to this and numerous incorrect statements to be included in MR. I feel I should complain to Atos who employ this HP, what if she assesses other fibro sufferers? Is there any point do you think other than making me feel like I have tried?

We did explain in detail, explaining the cognitive dysfunction, memory problems, brain freeze etc etc for every question, as did my Gp. . Hp is calling it fibro fog all the way through her report then saying I don't have it as I don't have learning disability. Mind she also says she just read the pip questionnaire, no mention of the typed answers attached to pip 2 form or gp, husband and sons statements, day diary and the rest in the 49 extra pages.
I guess I just need to rest and try to reduce flare this has all caused then think when clearer headed.
