I have today recieved an ESA3 form.I dont know why really,as i dont think for a minute they will owe me any IR ESA as i am on CB ESA in support group and have been since 2015.My partner gets carers allowance and we both have private pensions too.Is there even any point filling it all in.They have sent me a form saying i dont have to fill it in if i so wish.My partner does not work,he used to work part time though and we do not have savings.I am a bit unsure what to do.
It's impossible for us to say whether you need to complete the form or not, your pensions will make it difficult but they do not automatically prevent you from being eligible for ESA(IR), you can try putting in your information to one of the online benefit calculators to see if you are currently able to receive ESA(IR).
