PIP WTC UC HELP was created by Brenda
I never received my WTC renewal paperwork and I assumed my payments had stopped pending the result of my PIP appeal. I won the appeal and was told that I couldn’t have WTC I appealed Never receiving the renewal and lost. I applied for UC and I am waiting for my WCA. I work 16hrs a week and earn £130 so my UC payments are nil. I just want to be able to claim the same as I was with WTC as this has left me £370 a month worse off.
Many thanks

I'm really sorry but this is not an area of benefits that we deal with on the forum.

Are you saying that Benefitsandwork.co.uk cannot help me or that I have posted on the wrong forum title ??

My question is Not about WTC as I can. I’ll get claim that. I am now currently claiming PIP and UC I earn £130 a week self employed and get zero UC payment when I have had my work capacity assessment will I be entitled to a payment from UC assuming I fit their category - no one in the job centre will give me a straight answer

Forgive us but your original question was not very clear!
If you are assessed as having Limited Capability for Work then your UC payments will remain the same, however, if you are classed as having Limited Capability for Work Related Activity then you will receive an additional £336.20 per month.
