Misled during PIP medical assessment

My son's PIP medical took place two weeks ago. I was all geared up to take notes and jump in with information to provide the complete picture. The last thing I expected was a charm offensive!. The Health Professional was all smiles and sympathy and commiseration. I couldn't help letting my guard down. I stopped taking notes, only to realise too late that he was sneaking in very slanted and leading questions designed to play down the merits of our case.

This is exactly what happend to my husband to the point I even phoned to say how nice the assessor was at making my husband at ease , then when we did not get the award we wanted and got a copy of the assessment , it was a fairytale from what we had said in there

I had exactly the same thing the assessor was very understanding and even said at one point, your getting it from all directions you poor thing, to then getting a copy of her report and basically getting 0 points on everything and the decision being exactly the same, I've dubbed her a nice assassin because I feel she completely played the part of being understanding and sympathetic to me, to undermine and come to her own conclusions and lies.
