I have an appeal ongoing im getting standard on both components. I spoke to benefits office today and after they viewed my extra evidence from psychologist, they have sent me a letter with an offer. They couldnt tell me what the offer is except for a box on the letter for me to accept or not. Does this mean i have been offered more on one element?
If it was an offer of enhanced on both elements surely i wouldnt be asked if i was accepting it or not?
Im very confused and would appreciate any input please.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Any offer that the DWP might make has to be more advantageous to you than the existing Decision.
They could offer you Enhanced for both but with a short award, you might still want to pursue the appeal for a longer award.

So got letter today, daily living stays the same as i was awarded 2 extra points giving me total of 10.
mobility rises as i got 10 extra giving me total of 18.
After looking in detail at their letter i notice that i got 10 for planning and following a journey which i think is spot on.
However for moving around they have taken 4 points off my original award of 8.
I was getting no more than 50 metres but now its no more than 200metres.
I dont understand this as my extra evidence was from a psychologist based on the mental problems i have.
It STATES ON MY LETTER I HAVE BEEN AWARDED 18 FOR MOBILITY BUT IF THEY ADDED THEIR SCORES CORRECTLY IT IS 14. sorry bout caps
Should i contact them ?
It seems like they are messing with my head , im worried about the 50 metres as im also applying for esa and want to stay in support group

Yes, I would check what the new Mobility award is for as you need eight points for Moving Around in order to have automatic qualification for a Blue Badge and as you say there is a potential knock-on effect to your ESA.

Glad to hear you scored the points.
They will work out what you should have received based on this award and then subtract any money that you have received. Any missed Motability money will also be deducted.
