Moving Home was created by Silver Shadow
Hello,

My husband wants to take early retirement and move us to a park home in a different county, not sure where yet. Will be a bungalow, so no more stairs. We have a house to sell. When do I have to inform DWP? When the house goes on sale or when we have a moving date and new address? I am confused with the rules and will it affect my benefits? I get contribution based PIP (light touch review 10 years) and SG ESA, not sure when that is renewable, not been told. Thank you.

If you are only receiving PIP and Contribution Based ESA then you only need to inform the DWP when you move.
