Hello can you tell me once you have requested s change of circumstance request is the form That you subsequently fill in any different to the main one ? As I cannot find a template or guide for a change of circumstances. Plus is there an age limit on requesting a change of circumstances ?
If you have reported a change of circumstance to the DWP, it is likely to trigger a review of your case and a face to face assessment (depending on what you reported). There isn't normally a form to fill in.
There is no age limit to requesting a change of circumstances.
