An half hour ago ish my F2F at home finished. It took two and a quarter hours! I really didn’t think it would last so long. So now I’m in absolute agony and I’m so tired. I’ve taken extra pain meds which will kick in soon I hope. I have no idea what was written, I didn’t ask because I just wanted her out of here. Although I don’t think they’re for telling you anyway. One thing, I had some copies of extra evidence from things that have happened since I returned the form. They’re not allowed to take them so I’ve to post them off to the place I sent my claim form to. I don’t know if this just applies to home visits. So, now the worry begins. Currently I’m on high rate care and mobility. In a month or so the dreaded envelope will arrive detailing my future. It will either be a few months of stress during an appeal or a phew! for the next however many years.
I am glad you got through the assessment. In 48 hours time, you should be able to ring up the DWP and ask for a copy of the assessor's report if you want to. Some people like to have it, others prefer to wait for the decision. It is up to you.
