Is the PIP assessors report sent to claimant with decision letter?

I haven't yet asked for the report although I had my face to face mid October.

Do I need to request the report or will it automatically sent to me?

Hi Zaksmum

The assessor's report is not automatically sent to claimants. If you wish to see it, you will need to ring the DWP and request a copy. It takes about 6 - 10 days to arrive.
