After recentky competing a ESA 50 form, I was kept in rhe Sipport Group.
My last (and only) assesmnent was when I first placed in the group, and since then I have completed the ESA several times and I was just wondering can I now, ask for a report regaridng this dicision, because the letther is from the Job Center, and no a dicison maker.
Alternatively I could just leave it.. What do you think?
You can request a copy of The ESA85/ESA85A Medical Report which would have been compiled by The Assessor at your face to face or as the result of a paper based assessment and sent to The DWP ESA DM who makes the final decision.
