ESA decisions can take 2-4 weeks after the face to face assessment.
You could give ESA a ring for an update, and whilst on the phone you could check if they received the evidence you sent in and also request a copy of the ESA85/ESA85A Medical Report which would have been compiled by The Assessor at your face to face or as the result of a paper based assessment and sent to The DWP ESA DM who makes the final decision.
We have known evidence to go missing, for peace of mind contact DWP and ask if they received your supporting documents.
