Do you know who I speak to at the DWP? Does anyone have a number for the right department?
I spoke to ATOS today and they just said they would send me a complaint pack but it wouldn’t affect that I need to attend the appointment

Hi Pixie
You will have a number on the first letter you were sent regarding your claim. That will take you to the specific office dealing with it. No I don't know of a specific department - I just know there is a section that deals with vulnerable people - so from what you said you should already be flagged on the system as a vulnerable person and if you ask the call handler to be put through to the specific team - they should do so. (Don't let them say they do not exist - because they do).
