ESA3 was created by jaki

I have got the ESA3 form to fill in but dont know if its even worth filling in.I am in support group since 2015 having transferd from IB.I have a beneficiary pension that is disregarded as it was on IB as i had been on IB since 1990.But my partner took early retirement in 2010 and has a private pension.so i think for any IR top up they will take this into consideration and i wont get any top up owing.I jsut dont want to waste any time filling the form in if i wont be owed anything.

You could put your information into one of the online benefit calculators to see if you are eligible to any ESA(IR) and then make a decision from there as to whether you should complete the form.
