Hi Trevor
1. Yes, your friend can tell the assessor about something they forgot to put on the initial form. If they have any medical evidence - give the assessor a copy.
2. The assessors are supposed to load up their reports within 48 hours of a face to face. You should be able to ring up any time after that to request a copy of the report.

Hello Trevor, I gave my assessor a recent letter from my MS nurse at my home assessment and it contributed to the points I was given so certainly worth presenting new evidence.
2 days after my assessment I received a text message from DWP to say they had received my report, so I then rang them and requested a copy, which I received that week.
