hello mods I am hoping you can advise me on what to do, I received an award review, re the above. Is this what they call the light touch, \I rang up to ask if I had to send in the same reports, I as I did 18 months ago, and was told no, to only send any letter/reports that were new, or proof of any new conditions. I asked the gentleman his name, for reference, and he would only give me his first name.. I just want to ensure that he is right, as I only have until 18 December to return the form. I just do not trust the dwp Thank you in advance.
