Thank you Gordon but -

- should i state the cause for some credibility or or would it be dismissed because it was caused by a mental illness? If asked of course I would explain exactly what caused it.
I ask because of this from B&W guides and i quote -
" Physical or mental – what if it’s not that straightforward? Following changes to the law in January 2013, you can only score points for the physical health activities if the difficulties you have with them are caused by a physical health condition or physical disability or are a direct result of treatment by a registered medical practitioner for that condition. "
Thank you .

If the physical limitations are caused on an ongoing basis by a mental health issue then you will only be able to score questions 11-17 for these issues, if they were caused 30 years ago by your mental health issues but are now independent of those issues then you should still be able to score for 1-10.
As an example, you don't have to comment on how relevant it is to you. If a person had OCD and as a result, they washed their hands to the points where they seriously damaged the skin on their hands then I would not expect them to be able to score for the Dexterity activity, however, if at some time in the past they self-harmed and permanently damaged their hand, then I think they would be able to score for that activity.

Hello again
Well I sent in my reassessment form (ESA WCA) as best I could and less than a month later received a letter with an appointment for a morning face-to-face assessment in just over a week. I rang to change it to an afternoon appointment and got one 2 days later.
My question is what is the point of my face to face assessment? I've given them all the information, admittedly some of it messily written due to back pain, and I've explained everything so I don't know what they want from me now.
I've not got any new letters of evidence and they stated they didn't want any with the form and as I said before I'm not seeing anyone professional for either my physical or or mental conditions anymore. I'm on high doses of meds though. I'm wondering how else to prove or support my claim apart from what I've already said and shown with old letters of evidence. I really don't know no what what to do next.
Aside from this, my anxiety level is very high and with this extra pressure and uncertainty it's extremely hard to cope. I'm anticipating lots of irrelevant questions and misinterpretations from them and just fear I will be repeating myself again. Any ideas? Thank you.

Hi confusedwoman
It often doesn't matter how much information you send in, the majority of claimants will be sent for a face to face.
You can read about preparing for an assessment here

What happens at the assessment here

You can read about the questions they will ask you here

Hi Confusedwoman
Unlike PIP you cannot request the assessment report until you have had your decision letter. They you just ring up and request it.
