Hya when returning ESA mandatory reconcideration form ,am not sure ,if you write mandatory reconcideration ,on envelope on returning Wolverhampton . Are just leave blank . Thanks
I would put it, but I really don't think it matters one way or the other. When it arrives, someone is going to be opening it and scanning it onto the system so it will be obvious what it is.
