ESA- MEDICAL

Hi, I have my ESA medical later this week and I’m really beginning to stress about it. I’m currently in the support group for my mental health. I’m worrying I will answering all questions in a positive way and not show a true picture. I always crumble under pressure and the last time I had an interview at appeal
Stage they told me I never got it through the questions I answered but from what the psychiatrist’s letter said.
I get really anxious and worked up about it. If anything I feel my condition never gets a chance to get better because if It’s not my PIP then it’s my ESA! Also what should I wear, I’ve been told not to look too smart. Thanks Tullulah

When they asked me if the doctors surgery phoned to cancel an appointment how would I feel? My husband wanted to answer that I wouldn’t answer the phone and also I would be in my bed sleeping liken I usually do but I answered the question not really knowing what I would do and I just said it would upset. I just seem to have cotton wool in my brain and I can’t answer a question. Then I beat myself up about how hopeless I’m.
