AWAITING DECISION

Hi Gordon , without sounding pedantic , how can I send enquir to you without it being on forum ???? , i.e. was on dla then 3 yrs ago transferred by compulsory request to p.i.p. then with a year to go august ,, had to make re statement as change of circumstances , had major stroke with complicated surgery;they then said I had to do comple new application , did this had face to face , received assessors report , now just had letter saying they have all info to make decision ..???? im really struggling here as to why I had to go through all this again as previously had to go to court both times on appeal !!!!,, any suggestions would be helpful Gordon only recently joined after sending forms in to P.I.P. many thanks Mozz

Thanks Gordon I understand now confidential side . am on P.I.P. ,so after had stroke in June this year I reported new circumstances , so have had to fill new forms in had assessment , received copy report of assessment . so now had latest letter saying decision is to be done now they have all info in .. awaiting in anticipation , !!!! will keep u informed .. question as I only been on 2nd year of winning appeal with 3yr review , is why do I have to go through the agony all over again ,regards Mozz
