My husband received the letter from DWP confirming they had all the information needed to make a decision. This was dated November 8th but he has yet to receive the final decision letter. I requested a copy of the assessment report which we received two weeks ago.
It can take up to six weeks for the decision letter to arrive from your confirmation that they have enough information and it seems in some areas of the country at the moment, it is taking even longer. If you wish to find out the progress, you can always ring and ask.
