Had my F2F on Friday having waited 10 months for an appointment! I called this morning and asked them to fast track my decision as I had waited so long. I spoke to a manager who said they couldn't. She called me back an hour later and a decision had been made. Standard daily living and standard mobility! I want to see the report which apparently will come with the letter, but I think I should have gotten enhanced for mobility. Daily living I think is borderline, but I wouldn't challenge that one if the award had been enhanced mobility. Is it really worth an MR and appealing? I know only u can answer that, but to get to rhus point has already taken everything out of me. Thank you
We cannot advise you whether you should put in for an MR - but you will probably want to see what the report says before you make a decision. Even though you may only be unhappy with the mobility award, at MR stage they will look at the entire award.
Just be aware that the report does not usually come out with the letter, so if you have not received it by the beginning of next week I would ring and check that it has been sent.
